In today's episode, we are talking about our experience with therapy and the importance of mental health. We are deep-diving into the insights therapy can offer, the stigmas involved, and what helpful resources are available. Today we have a special guest and friend joining our AC crew, Pamela Felder.

Pamela is a graduate of Asbury Park High School, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Montclair State University, and is an EOF Alumnus. She also holds Masters in Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Master Certification in Life Coaching. She is also a Certified Social Worker.

Pamela is employed by the Middletown Public Schools as a Certified Student Assistance Counselor and is also an Adjunct Professor at Kean University, where she teaches classes in the Counseling Education Department.

Pamala brings up some good points on the connection between mental health and overall well-being. So sit back and take some notes! You won’t want to miss this one!
