Today we are recording at Good Life Organics in Red Bank! We are sitting down with Caroline Adams aka Conscious Caro! Caroline is a fitness coach, yoga teacher, and holistic wellness advocate. She has made it her personal mission to help others along her journey to healing her mind, body, and spirit. Caro has used travel to find herself through yoga, meditation, and finding the best whole foods to fuel her body. Her superpower is healing others through holistic traditions.
As you know, Danielle and Mel have been on their own health journeys. In 2018, Danielle started her own health and fitness journey after struggling with her weight for years. Now she’s the healthiest she’s been in her adult life. Though Danielle has struggled with her food choices in the past, she has created a new relationship with food where she sees it as a source of energy versus seeing food as an enemy.
Mel has been following a plant-based diet for a few years and does her best to ensure her children have a healthy relationship with food. Though she did start eating meat again recently, she is still very cautious about what she lets enter her body.
